hmmm... toushiro hitsugaya from BLEACH yea... i know background sucks but can't think of anythin' and since Hitsugaya's bankai is an ice dragon[?] i wanted to create something that has an icy effect on it but still has some colors :rofl: i don't make sense do i X3
